With 1988 the sports for the invalids with infringement of the impellent device began to win positions in Russia and to traditional kinds of sports were added new, including tennis on carriages. 1992г.- registration "Icar" of regional public organization - club of the invalids who are playing sports. The club is created under the initiative of four former sportsmen, and in the name of club the sense of social and physical rehabilitation of the invalids through sports is incorporated. Orientation - tennis on carriages, most rehabilitation a kind of sports. The priority in club is given back to the people with infringement of the impellent device. In the beginning organization passed with the large difficulties but in process of job the problems were decided(solved), there came experience. In 1994 to club the time for regular trainings in a sport-improving complex Southin Moscow is selected, with the help of the sponsors the lift in a tennis hall, lift in pool special of souls is equipped.
     For past years the club "Icar" has reached(achieved) significant successes. His(its) members make skeleton of modular Russia on tennis on carriages both man's and female, became the numerous prize-winners of large international competitions, successfully act on кубках of the World, two sportsmen of club took part in Paralympic games in Atlanta, Sydney. Club "Icar" is by one of the organizers of tournament " Equal opportunities ", the tournament is spent during 5- years, annual regional festival of the invalids in Moscow. Together with the Central government VOI and fund "Philanthropist" were carried out(spent) 2000 -2001. Exit seminars on tennis on carriages in cities - Tyumen, St.Petersburg, but in connection with the termination(discontinuance) of financing this program is stopped. The club "Icar" can not even more intensively involve(attract) in employment(occupation) with sports of the invalids with infringement of the impellent device and embody new plans on physical and social rehabilitation of the people moving on carriages on a number(line) of the objective reasons, absence of regular and stable financing for realization of the programs of Club, (problem with stock, equipment,). The grants for the conducting players (members of modular Russia), salary of the trainer. Absence of financing of a calendar for the conducting players.
